FOUR Options Available For Delivery

1. Basic delivery - Ground level delivery, outside the main entrance of the home
2. Classic Delivery - Delivery inside first threshold - garage or front door - appointment will be made - Price includes ONLY one delivery attempt
3. Signature Delivery - Inside delivery to the room-of-choice - appointment will be made - Price includes ONLY one delivery attempt
4. Premier - Delivery inside to room of choice, including unpackging and debris removal - appointment will be made - Price includes ONLY one delivery attempt

Please note that a day time phone number is required for processing all orders for wine coolers.
An appointment will be made for all inside deliveries - it is the customer's responsibility to be available for the delivery. All deliveries will be made Mon - Fri between 8 am and 5 pm (with a 4 hour
window). Deliveries include 1 flight of stairs - ONLY one delivery attempt will be made. Additional fees will apply for additional flight of stairs, or if a redelivery is required

If a package appears to be slightly damaged, indicate "Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. This is critical.
If a package is significantly damaged, you may refuse the delivery of the package - the damaged unit will be returned to us and we will send you a new one.
Please notify us in the event that adelivery is refused so that we can expect the return
If you have already accepted a package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge.
In case of damaged parts, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receipt so that a damage claim can be filed.


I - Damaged Products:
Occasionally, product may be damaged in shipping. All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for any sign of damage before signing the carrier's freight bill.  Please inspect the exterior of the packaging for damage.  Make a note of any exterior damage on the bill of lading. Carefully remove all packaging and inspect the merchandise for dents, scratches, or other shipping damage.  For all shipments, the packaging should be saved in good order in case a return needs to be made.   If there is severe damage, do not accept the delivery.  Please contact us to report the damage.
A - Visible Damage to Packaging
If there is Visible Damage or you feel there may be Concealed Damage to the packaging, carefully unpack and inspect the contents of the shipment prior to signing the Freight Bill. If the contents are damaged, you should reject the shipment. If the contents are not damaged you should accept the shipment, but you should still make a note on the freight bill that the packaging was damaged.
B- Concealed Damage
If damage is concealed and you did not make a note on the Freight Bill, you have 48 hrs. to report that damage.  Damaged items will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the Buyer.

All items damaged in transit can be exchanged or refunded the full amount of the merchandise (less shipping and handling) as long as you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged products must have the original box, packaging materials, manuals and accessories. Once a damage procedure is initiated, the shipping company will return to the delivery location to inspect and pick up the damaged product. Please make sure the product is available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays. If you do not make the product available for pick up, you will be responsible to ship the product back yourself.


1 - Replacement of Damaged products:  
We will pick up and replace the damaged unit at no additional cost to the buyer.  A replacement unit will be sent out when the original unit is received in our warehouse.  You will be contacted by us within 48 hours to receive an RA (Return Authorization) number authorizing the return. This RA# is only valid for 2 weeks.  Please mark the outside of the packaging with this RA#.   The freight company will call you to schedule the pick up.  It is your responsibility to be available at the scheduled time of pick up.  Only one attempt will be made to pick up the unit.  If you miss the scheduled appointment, it will be your responsibility to return the unit back to us at your own expense. 

2 – Return for Credit – Should you decide not to take a replacement unit, return policy will apply.

Return for Credit – Should a customer decide return the unit to cancel their order, we will issue a credit for the unit only – the freight in and out is the responsibility of the customer – we will coordinate the pick up of the unit, but the freight is the responsibility of the customer.   For Buyers Remorse returns, a 18% restocking fee will be charged when the credit issued.

All returns must be approved by Amcor in the form of the RA# assigned by Amcor.

Without an RA# our warehouse does not accept any return packages.

3 - Exchange - FREE Exchange will be made with the same product ONLY. Exchange with different product will be considered return and new order respectively.

Warranty Details

When you receive the product and if it is damaged or defective we will replace it absolutely FREE. We will have it picked up at our cost and send a replacement FREE of charge.

ONE YEAR Limited Warranty on all parts and five years on compressor.

One Year Limited Warranty Amcor, Inc. (“Amcor”) warrants the original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) purchasing in the United States that the Amcor product with which this warranty is enclosed is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Amcor’s sole obligation under this warranty is to replace, repair, free of charge, all defective parts, for a period
of one (1) year from date of original purchase.

• Content losses of food or other, due to spoilage
• Incidental or consequential damages.
• Parts and Labor costs for the following will not be considered as warranty:
. Door Springs, and/or frames.
. Inner door panels, door rails and/or door supports.
. Light bulbs and/or plastic housing.
. Plastic cabinet liners.
. Punctured evaporator that voids the warranty on the complete sealed system.
. Repairs peformed by third party, other than Amcor.
. Service calls that do not involve defects in material or workmanship such as customer education, door reversal, or proper installation.
. Service calls that are related to external problems, such as abuse, misuse, inadequate electrical power, accidents, fi re, fl oods, or acts of God.
. Replacement of house fuses or resetting circuit breakers.
. Failure of product if used for other than its intended purpose.
. Failure of product due to improper installation

This warranty does not apply outside the Continental USA.
To obtain warranty service, the defective product or part must be shipped or delivered to Amcor.
All postage, insurance and shipping charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser and are not included in this warranty.

For the Second through fi fth year from the date of original purchase, AMCOR will provide a replacement compressor free of charge due to a failure. You are responsible for the service labor and freight charges.
